What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 ornaments — enough for a small team or a first test run — with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How fast will my ornaments arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished ornaments ship in about 2 weeks — express turnaround is available, though for December delivery we would rather you ordered in October.
When should I place a Christmas order?
September and October are comfortable. November is achievable on most ranges with express turnaround. Die-struck metal needs the longest lead because of tooling, so start that one earliest.
Which material should I choose?
Shatterproof resin for classic baubles at volume, birch for a keepsake people keep for years, acrylic for anything photographic, porcelain when the gift should feel weighty, and die-struck metal for a collectible annual series.
Can every ornament be different?
Yes. Individual names, photographs and messages all run as variable data from a spreadsheet with no per-piece setup charge.
Do you gift box and mail them?
Yes. Rigid printed boxes with tissue and a printed card, and direct mailing to individual addresses from a spreadsheet if you want the whole programme handled.
Do you redraw logos?
Yes, free. Send whatever file you have and our design team rebuilds it as clean vector art, lays out the full wrap or cut path, and shows it on the ornament at actual size.
Can I order a sample first?
Our minimum of 12 exists so you can hold the ornament before committing to a season. Order a small batch, hang one on a lit tree, then scale up on exactly the same file.
